Privacy Policy
Short version: we use your information to answer your estimate request and talk to you about your roof. We don’t sell it, and you can tell us to stop texting you any time.
Who we are
All Star Roofing is a family-owned roofing contractor in Ventura, California (CSLB C-39 license #924837). This policy covers what we collect when you visit allstarroofing805.com, call or text us, or ask for a free estimate, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Estimate request form: your name, phone number, city, the service you need, your message, and your email if you choose to give it.
- Calls and texts: your phone number and whatever you tell us when you call or text our business line.
- If our automated answering assistant takes your call: your name, address, phone number, what you need, and a recording or written copy of the call.
- Basic technical data: your browser and IP address. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees this whenever you load the site, and Google sees it when your browser downloads the site’s fonts.
We don’t take payments on this site. The site doesn’t set cookies of its own, and we don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to your estimate request and schedule a visit.
- To call or text you about your request, your appointment, and your project.
- To text you a link to our estimate form if you called and we missed you.
- After a job is finished, to ask for feedback or a Google review.
- To keep business records and meet our legal and licensing obligations.
We don’t sell or rent your information.
Text messages
By giving us your mobile number, whether on our form or by calling or texting us, you agree that All Star Roofing may text you about your estimate request, appointments and project updates, a link to our estimate form if we miss your call, and, after a job is finished, a request for feedback or a Google review.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calls and our answering assistant
When we can’t pick up, an automated assistant may answer. It asks for your name, address, phone number, and what you need, then passes that to us so we can call you back already knowing the job. It tells you that it is automated and that the call may be recorded. You can hang up at any time, or ask us to call you back instead.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run these things, and only for that purpose:
- Formspree, which processes the estimate form and emails it to us.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Google, for the site’s fonts and our Google Business Profile.
- Our phone, text, and voice providers, which carry our calls and texts and run the answering assistant.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and call details as long as we need them to handle your request and for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete yours any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text and we won’t text you again.
- Ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
- California residents can make the same requests, and we will respond as California law requires.

Security
The site uses HTTPS, and we limit who can see form submissions and call details. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us anything sensitive, like a Social Security or card number, by form or text.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
